Reasoning Puzzles High Level IBPS PO/SBI PO : Hello Aspirants, In this article we are giving you some of the questions based on Puzzles, which is now very important topic in reasoning section for government exam point of view specially for exams like SBI PO and IBPS PO 2017 Prelims Examination.

 

Q.1 Direction : Solve the Puzzle by carefully studying the following information given below :

In a debate, four participants-one each from IIT Mumbai, IIT Patna, IIT Kharagpur and HT Delhi, participate. Each participant wears a dress of different color, viz Blue, Orange, Saffron and Green, but not necessarily in the same order. All of them are seated in a row facing north.

There is only one runner-up and he sits beside the participant from IIT Delhi. The runner-up is wearing Blue dress. The participant from IIT Kharagpur is not sitting at any of the extreme ends and is also not the runner-up. The participant from IIT Delhi wore Saffron dress and is sitting on the immediate left of the one from IIT Mumbai. The participant from IIT Patna did not wear Blue dress but sits on the immediate right of the participant from IIT Kharagpur. Participants wearing Orange and Saffron dress sit at the extreme ends.

 

Q.2 Direction : Solve the Puzzle by carefully studying the following information given below :

Ten persons are sitting in two rows containing five persons each. In row 1, A, B, C, D and E are sitting and all of them facing south. In row 2, P, Q, R, S and T are sitting, and all of them are facing north. In the given seating arrangement each member sitting in a row faces another member of the other row. Moreover, each of them belongs to a different country –Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Belgium, Japan, India, Romania, Indonesia, Iran and Russia, but not necessarily in the same order.

There are only two persons sitting between the Australian, who sits at an extreme end, and E. P, who sits in the middle of the row, is not an immediate neighbor of Q, who is not a Russian. T is sitting at an extreme end. B, a Japanese, sits on the immediate right of the person from Brazil and faces the mediate neighbor of Q.

B is not sitting at the extreme left end. P is not from Iran. There is only one person sitting between C and D, who is from Australia. S is an Indian and is an immediate neighbor of me Russian and doesn’t face the person from Bulgaria. R who is from Belgium, is an immediate neighbor of the person from Iran who is facing an immediate neighbor of the Japanese. There are two persons between the Romanian and the Bulgarian. B is not from Romania. T is not from Indonesia.

 

Q.3 Direction : Solve the Puzzle by carefully studying the following information given below :

Raju, Jyoti, Mohan, Roshan, Kiran Kamal and Tony organise seminars in seven different schools, viz A B, C, D, E, F and G on different days of the week from Monday to Sunday but not necessarily in the same order.

Jyoti organises the seminar in school D on Wednesday. Kiran doesn’t organise seminar in school A or C but organises on the next day on which Roshan organises the seminar in school F. Tony organises the seminar in school B on Friday. Kamal organises the seminar on Monday but not in school C or G. Mohan organises the seminar in school A but not on Tuesday. Raju does not organise the seminar in school G.
