Salary & Emoluments in NABARD :
Salary of Assistant Manager (Grade A) is Rs.55,587 /month (approximate) including all the allowances.
Salary of Manager (Grade B) Officer, is Rs.66, 864 /month (include benefits & allowances).
Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Recruitment 2017 :
The eligibility of the candidates will be decided on two basis : the Age limit and education qualification. Nabard has specified the eligibility condition for both Grade A & B post in the advertisement.
Age Limit (Grade "A") :
Candidates must have the age between 21-30 years. The relaxation in maximum age limit is applicable only for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories. (upto +3 Years for OBC, +5 Years for SC/ST, +10 Years for PWD)
Education Required (Grade "A") :
For General Post, candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
For other post he/she possess UG or PG degree in Engineering, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, IT, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture with an aggregate of 50% marks.
OR 2 years full time PG diploma in Management / MBA Degree OR Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) OR Doctorate Degree holder.
Age limit criteria - Managers (Grade "B") :
Applicant must have the age limit between 21 years - 35 years. (Age Relaxation upto +3 Years for OBC, +5 Years for SC/ST, +10 Years for PWD)
Education Qualification : UG or PG degree with at least 60% aggregate marks in General stream or in agriculture or agriculture science, horticulture, animal Husbandry, forestry, dairy technology, fisheries and other related disciplines.
Selection Process in NABARD :
This year NABARD has introduced a new pattern of Selection procedure which is similar to other banking exams conducted by IBPS & SBI. From now, there will be Prelims & Mains Examination in NABARD Recruitment of Assistant & Manager.
The overall selection for both the post will be conducted in three Stages : Phase I, Phase II & Phase III.
Examination Pattern for NABARD Assistant Manager (Grade A) :
Phase I – The exam will be conducted in online mode. The Preliminary Exam will consist of objective type questions and the Question paper is total of 200 marks & Time duration is 2 Hours. Subjects which will be asked in exam are given below.

Phase II – Mains Exam paper will consist of MCQ & Descriptive type questions. The Question paper is of 200 marks & Time allotted is 3 Hours.
Phase III – Personal Interview (25 marks Allotted for Interview)
Manager (Grade B) : Exam pattern is different and candidates will have to undergo 3 stages:
Phase I – Preliminary Exam (200 marks | 2 Hours)
Phase II – Main Exam (300 marks | 4.5 hours)
Phase III – Interview (40 marks)
Note : The final merit list will made only on the basis of Phase II & Phase-III Exam. The Phase-I Preliminary Exam in both the post is of qualifying nature. The marks obtained by candidates in prelims exam will not be added in final merit listing.
Application fee : Candidates belonging to General category need to pay the application fee of Rs. 800 for Grade "A" & Rs. 900 for Grade "B".
While those applicants who comes under the reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST) have to pay Rs. 150 as an application fee. The mode of fee payment is online. The application form for both the post must be filled separately by the candidates.

The Application form can be filled directly from the official website of NABARD, where candidates need to register and fill up the application form. Along with that candidate's passport size photo and signature is also required in the form. After submitting the form, pay the application fee online and take out the printout of your Application form for future reference.
