Salary & Emoluments in NABARD Recruitment:
Salary of Assistant Manager (Grade A) is Rs.61,000 /month (approximate) including all the allowances.
Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Grade "A" Recruitment 2018:
The eligibility of the candidates will be decided on two basis : the Age limit and education qualification. Nabard has specified the eligibility condition for both Grade A & B post in the advertisement.
Age Limit (Grade "A") : [As on 1st March 2018]
Candidates must have the age between 21-30 years. The relaxation in maximum age limit is applicable only for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories. (upto +3 Years for OBC, +5 Years for SC/ST, +10 Years for PWD)
Education Required (Grade "A") :
For General Post, candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
For other post he/she possess UG or PG degree in Engineering, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Economics, Food Processing, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Horticulture etc. in respective post with an aggregate of 50% marks.
OR Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant /Company Secretary with Bachelor's degree OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management / full time MBA degree from Institutions/Universities recognized by GOI.
Selection Process in NABARD :
The written examination for the recruitment of Assistant Manager in NABARD will be conducted in two stages i.e., Prelims & Mains Examination. The overall selection of candidate will be conducted in three Stages : Phase I, Phase II & Phase III.
Examination Pattern for NABARD Assistant Manager (Grade A) 2018 :
Phase I – The exam will be conducted in online mode. The Preliminary Exam will consist of objective type questions and the Question paper is total of 200 marks & Time duration is 2 Hours. Subjects which will be asked in exam are given below.

Phase II – Mains Exam paper will consist of MCQ & Descriptive type questions. The Objective Question paper is of 100 marks & Time allotted is 1.5 Hours. (Descriptive Paper - 100 marks, time allotted - 1.5 hrs)
Phase III – Personal Interview (25 marks Allotted for Interview)
Note : The final merit list will made only on the basis of Phase II & Phase-III Exam. The Phase-I Preliminary Exam in both the post is of qualifying nature. The marks obtained by candidates in prelims exam will not be added in final merit listing.
Application fee : Candidates belonging to General category need to pay the application fee of Rs. 800 for Grade "A".
While those applicants who comes under the reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST) have to pay Rs. 150 as an application fee. The mode of fee payment is online. The application form for both the post must be filled separately by the candidates.

Along with that candidate's passport size photo and signature is also required in the form. After submitting the form, pay the application fee online and take out the printout of your Application form for future reference.
