Age Limit :
Minimum Age shall be 21 years (completed) as on 1st December, 2015. Maximum age shall not be more than 30 years ( candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/12/1985 and not later than 01/12/1994 both days inclusive only are eligible )

Education Qualification : Candidates who are applying for the LIC AAO recruitment must possess a Graduation with Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution.
Salary and Benefits : As per the official notification published by the LIC, for AAO the Basic pay of Rs. 17240/- per month in the scale of Rs. 17240- 840(14) –29000– 910(4) –32640 (Under Revision)
The approximate Monthly Salary of LIC AAO is around – Rs 40,245/- in ‘A’ Class city.
Probation Period : Candidates who will finally selected after the completion of whole recruitment process, every individual have to go under the probation period of One year, which is extendable up to 2 years.
Guarantee Bond : The Selected candidates have to sign a guarantee bond with LIC of Rs. 2 lakh (Before joining as a Probationer, candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining)
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the on-line Examination followed by a personal interview of short listed candidates and subsequent Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination.

Exam Pattern of LIC AAO :
The Online written examination is compulsory for all the candidates to get shortlisted for the next round. On-line examination will be of objective type, multiple choices of 120 minutes (2 hrs) duration having 5 sections.
The English language section is only meant to be qualifying in nature and its marks will not be included the Final merit list.

Penalty for Wrong answer : In this examination the candidates will have to take care of negative marking scheme. 0.25 marks will deducted on every wrong answer.
