IBPS PO-VI Recruitment : The Institute of banking Personnel (IBPS) has published the Official Notification for the Recruitment of Probationary Officers in Nationalized Public Sector Banks.
This is the sixth time that IBPS is conducting the recruitment process for the probationary officer that’s why this recruitment is also called as IBPS CWE PO-VI. IBPS will conduct the entire recruitment process in online mode whether it is the process of registration or written examination.
Through IBPS, the vacancies under the post of Probationary officer is to be filled in the 20 Participating nationalized Bank or public sector banks. Interested candidates can apply for the above recruitment through the official website of IBPS.

Online registration will starts from – 26th July 2016
Last Date for Online registration and final Submission of application – 13th august 2016
IBPS PO Preliminary Examination will be held on – 16, 22 and 23 October 2016
Mains Examination Date – 20th November 2016
Final Allotment and Result will be published on – 1st April 2016
Vacancy Details Under IBPS PO-VI 2016 :
This year IBPS will be recruiting 8822 Probationary officers for 20 Public sector banks. IBPS has also published the tentative list of vacancies available under various public sector banks.

What is the Eligibility Criteria ? [ As on 13th August 2016 ]
Candidates must be fulfill certain eligibility criteria to appear in the online examination like age limit, education qualification etc. We are providing you the information related to the eligibility criteria that is compulsary for all the candidates .
Age limit : Candidates must have the age limit of 20-30 Years. Relaxation of 5 years is applicable only for SC/ST category.
Education Qualification : Applicants must possess the Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized institution or university. No specific Percentage required.
Selection Procedure and Exam pattern for IBPS PO :
The Selection procedure for IBPS PO exam will be conducted in two phase – Prelims and mains Examination. It is compulsory for all Candidates to appear in the online Prelims examination. The Prelims Exam consist of three sections and Time allocated for exam is 1 hour.

Candidates who qualify in Prelims Exam will get shortlisted and eligible to appear for the Main examination which is also conducted in online Mode.

The sectional time limit for each section is also specified means you have to complete a particular section in the given time limit. Candidate cannot switch between the two sections.
Application Fee :
Candidates who wants to register and fill the application form for IBPS PO Exam will have to pay the amount of Rs. 600 (for General/OBC) and Rs. 100 (for SC/ST).
The payment of application fee will done only through online service like net banking/credit card/debit card.

Before applying for the exam, check the official Notification and confirm your eligibility criteria.
Fill the Application form carefully and upload your Passport size Photograph and signature according to the size mention.
Fill the rest important details like your address, category, parents name, education qualification etc.
Click on the Application Final Submit Button.
Pay the online Application Fee through net banking.
Take the print out or hard copy of your Application form and e-receipt as a proof.
Keep the Registration number and password with yourself for future reference.
