Opening Date of Online Registration and Application Submission – 2nd June 2017

Last Date to Apply Online and Registration – 16th June 2017

Tentative Date of Online Examination – 24th June 2017

 

Salary and Pay scale -:

Probationary Officers (Scale-I)  – Candidate who joins the Bank as officer will be offered the following pay scale of Rs.23,700 – Rs. 42,020 apart from DA, HRA, CCA & other allowances/ benefits. Total Emoluments will be Rs. 8.04 Lakhs (approximately) on an annual basis and the approximate monthly take home pay is Rs. 43,000/- (approx).

Probation Period – Candidates selected as officers will be on probation for a period of 2 years.

 

Eligibility Criteria : 

Age Limit : Candidates age must not exceed than 26 years as on 1st June 2017.  Candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1991

Education Qualification – Candidates must have completed their Graduation with 60% marks in any discipline from recognized university or institution.

Must possess 60% marks in 12th (SSC) Standard. 

Domicile – Candidates must possess the domicile of any of the given states – Gujarat, Goa, Haryana, Karnataka, Orissa, Punjab or Tamil Nadu.

 

Selection procedure & Examination Pattern :

The selection of officers in federal bank will be conducted in 3 stages – Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The online aptitude test will be followed by a psychometric questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes. 

The Online Aptitude test for the officers consist of Six sections and the total marks allotted for the exam is 150 marks. The time duration for the examination is 90 minutes. 

Those who qualify the Online Exam will be called for the second phase of selection process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI).

Application Fee : Candidates belong to general category needs to pay an amount of Rs. 700 as an application fee through online mode. For SC/ST candidates Rs. 350 is required. Payment of fee can only be done through Online mode.
