Air India Recruitment 2017 – Customer Agents

Hello Aspirants !!

Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Customer Agents and Junior Customer agents  for ground duties at the Airport / station at MUMBAI on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years.

Education Qualification : Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years‟ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

For Junior Customer AssistantHSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty from a recognized Board/University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

 

Experience Required : Minimum  6 Months of Experience in in any of the areas of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling agency.

For Junior Customer Assistant : Must have minimum experience of One Year in above specified areas.

 

 

Language proficiency : Knowledge of English, Hindi  and also local language.

 

Selection Procedure :

(a) Screening

(b) Group Discussion

(c) Interview

Candidates are advised to make their own arrangement of lodging and boarding at their own cost.

The candidates should carry their passport and adhaar card (if available) and such candidates would be given due weightage in selection.

Note: The candidates are required to appear for the Selection Process formally dressed.

 

 

Age limit : Not above 30 years

 

Salary : Rs. 14,010/ pm
